Questions

Spinchester FAQ for first-time players

Twenty-two short answers on accounts, money, bonuses and safer play. Each one opens with the answer itself.

Spinchester account and data

Is Spinchester legit?

The site states that it operates under an eGaming licence, authorised and regulated by the Government of Curaçao. The operating company behind the website is registered in Cyprus, and the T&Cs form the binding agreement with players.

What if support tells me something the terms don't say?

The terms win. They are the binding agreement, the English version takes precedence over translations, and advice from support doesn't override them.

Is my personal data sold to anyone?

No. The privacy policy states that personal data is not sold or rented to third parties. It may be shared within the group of companies and with service providers, regulators and law enforcement as described there.

How long is my data kept?

For a minimum of five years from your last transaction or from account closure, as anti-money-laundering rules require.

Can I stop marketing messages?

Yes. Opt out in your account settings, or send the request to [email protected].

Is there another spelling of Spinchester?

Yes. Besides Spinchester, the main site itself writes Spin Chester in its own copy, and its logo reads Spin over Chester.

Payouts and balances

What's the smallest amount I can withdraw?

£20, or the equivalent in another currency. Expect that ID documents may be requested with it.

Is my balance held like money in a bank?

No. The terms say the casino isn't a financial institution, and balances earn no interest.

Do the early-winnings caps apply if I skip the bonus?

Yes. The caps on winnings from the first three deposits apply whether or not welcome bonuses were used. From the 4th deposit on, they no longer apply.

Can I have two withdrawals pending at once?

Yes, two is the limit. There is a cap of 2 simultaneous withdrawal requests per account.

Who pays tax on my winnings?

You do. The terms make players responsible for any taxes on their winnings.

Bonus rules, briefly

What comes after the welcome package?

Weekly offers: free spins on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, a Tuesday reload, a weekend boost and a daily chest. Each needs at least 3 previous deposits, and winnings carry x45 wagering.

How does the weekend boost code work?

Deposit £20 or more with code BOOST50 from Friday to Sunday, once per weekend, after at least 3 earlier deposits. Bonus and winnings are capped at £100, with x45 wagering, a £5 max bet and 7 days to activate.

Can I use two bonuses at the same time?

No. A single bonus can be active at any moment, and deposit bonuses can't be stacked on each other.

Does the welcome offer change if I joined via a partner site?

It can. The size of the welcome bonus and its minimum deposit may be subject to change for players who register through a partner's site.

Is there wagering on the welcome free spins?

No wagering applies to them. Their wins are capped at £50 on each of the first two deposits and £100 on the third.

Is there a code for the Tuesday reload?

The Tuesday promo card shows code POWER, one of two codes the site publishes alongside BOOST50. The Tuesday terms themselves name no code, so read the card before you deposit.

Weekly offers: 3 prior deposits, min. deposit £20 (Monday: £50 the week before), x45 on winnings, win caps £50 (weekend boost £100), £5 max bet, activate within 1 to 7 days. Welcome: 35x cash bonus, 7 days to activate. 18+ | T&Cs apply.

Breaks and outside help

How do I self-exclude?

Contact the support team through live chat and ask for it. Support says it is ready to help every day, 24/7.

Can a relative contact support about my play?

Yes. Friends and family can also contact support about self-exclusion for a player.

Is closing my account different from self-exclusion?

Yes, closure has its own route: email [email protected] with your reason. It is actioned within up to 72 hours, and closure requests sent through the chat are not actioned.

Where can I get outside help?

Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous are two of the organisations listed on the main site's responsible gaming page, alongside others.

How can I tell if my play is becoming a problem?

The responsible gaming page asks about time lost from work or college, neglected family, selling, pawning or borrowing, thoughts of suicide, and losing all the money you had. A yes to any of them: contact a specialist organisation such as Gambling Therapy.

Gambling Therapy offers help online and internationally; Gamblers Anonymous is listed too.
